| 09h30 | Sea Rafting or start of the seminar. |
| 12h00 | Lunch on the Jeanne Panne. |
| 13h30 | Sailing trip to Diksmuide with possibility for bike trophy halfway. |
| 17h30 | Arrival in Diksmuide. |
| 18h00 | Supper. |
| Evening program is possible. | |

| 08h30 | Breakfast. |
| 09h00 | Continuation seminar or teambuilding activity. |
| 12h00 | Lunch break. |
| 13h30 | Continuation seminar. Meanwhile the Jeanne Panne sails back to Nieuwpoort. |
| 16h30 | Arrival in Nieuwpoort and conclusion of seminar. |
