With HIGH IMPACT TEAMBUILDING we build tight teams who are motivated and who work together with understanding for each other, and like that they achieve extraordinary performances. The outdoor sport activities are no end in themselves but just a tool to make the participants aware of their own functioning and to refine their interpersonal skills.
COACHING INTERVENTIES
Teambuilding is and stays fun with us. The presence of a coach will give this day of fun a huge surplus value for your company. For this kind of teambuilding The Outsider Coast collaborates with experienced in-company coaches of Kathmandu who are certified by the International Coaching Federation. The coaches have an eye for team dynamics and they are able to create an atmosphere that enables everyone to communicate in public about the strengths and weaknesses of the team and themselves. Thanks to this unique approach, this teambuilding-coaching combination, our programs distinguish themselves from other kind of teambuilding, and after the event, you truly feel the impact in the workplace.
IMPACT
On level of knowledge, High Impact Teambuilding aims at insight in :
- the characteristics of a performant team
- the phases of development in which the team is (storming – forming – norming – performing)
- the hidden mechanisms that stimulate the team or that impede to get to the phase of performing
- the norms and values of the company and each other’s motives
- the individual qualities and traps, and also the strengths and risks of the team
- the necessary steps to increase the team performance

FOCUS – BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND
The coach will have a first interview with you to see what impact you are expecting when the program is finished. In mutual consent we program the activities that fit best to achieve your goal. It is of course possible that during the program new themes will rise to which the coach will respond in a playful way.
According to the needs, we can organize an in-company training or coaching route after the teambuilding event.
